Certified Nursing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Village at Alameda is a 72 apartment community. We feature many of the
Same amenities you would find in a resort hotel. Village offers a
Helping hand with dressing, a friendly escort to meals, and medication reminders.
We are located at 8810 Horizon Blvd NE Albuquerque NM 87113.

We are looking for full time C NA's to join our Nursing team!!!

We have 12 hour shifts 7a-7p & 7p-7a available.

Certified Nursing Assistant - Long-Term Care Performs various direct patient care activities within a long-term care facility while under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs EKG's, draws blood, and assists with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and facility guidelines. Obtains non-invasive body fluid specimens and, under supervision, administers approved medications via oral, subcutaneous, intradermal, or intramuscular routes. Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a high school diploma and certification from an accredited nursing assistant program. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
